Overall this is a decent shopping and lookup app. The search function generally returns desired results but could use a bit more refinement in its selection. It is handy to use my iPhone when Im away from my laptop.

The app wont successfully perform a part search. Error encountered for at least a week now. Delete and reinstall doesnt fix.

When searching for a part, the app displays all categories, but clicking on any of the categories only displays the results of the first category. Also seems something else is messed up since I saw switches in the category for buzzers.

A very good app for a very good electronics supplier.

The parts search fails with an error message. The desk top version of this app works very well. Digikey should fix this.

It took a little getting used to. The app does basic ordering and data sheets. I use it to order parts for hobby projects. For the most part, it does what I need it to do. I gave it four starts because the search function is hard to get used to.

Good app. Needs a better way to store data sheets but is almost perfect.

Works about as well as the website, though there is the occasional difficulty transferring carts between the two. Would like the ability to go "back" to my previous set of search parameters like I can on the website when I find Ive overspecified by one step, but its otherwise pretty good.

Lets me get my parts ordered on the go, filtering works flawlessly!

I am a fan of Digikey, but I am a larger fan of this app. It isnt just an app for a store, check out the options under account! You can save data sheets, print them, and view them offline later. Also there it has a great selection of calculators such as Joules conversion or Ohms law! Great features to sell us on the app!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will send you the wrong parts twice and they wont even care!!

This app is the way to go if you need some entertainment fast. It downloaded fast and made long car rides fun for me and my kids!!! And its Free ! I cant believe that angry birds has a better rating then this, everyone with and iPhone should get this!!!!!!! So fun !!

Digi-key not only sells parts, but also makes it easy to find the part you need (drill-down search engine) or get information on the part you want (basic stats and datasheets). I wish all distributors had apps this great.

Deleting a saved data sheet causes the application to crash.

I use Digi-key frequently and am always interested in order status. This app is up to date and completely accurate. In addition, you can generate a new order with this app by browsing for the part or if you know the P/N.

The most useful features of the classic full-browser search & sort are missing here. Parameter-entry popups are finicky and close erroneously. No way to clear parameter selections. No way to select a range of parameters. After two minutes attempting a parameterized search of infrared LEDs, gave up and uninstalled this app. TO DIGIKEY APP DEVELOPERS & MANAGERS: Just cos DK is a billion-dollar company does not mean you can do no wrong. Stop trying to improve the searching interface to the point of being useless. Real designers need sortable tables to visually compare & trade off one spec against others. As it is, youre driving away designers to Mouser and other online distros that help EEs zero in on what theyre looking for.
